When Angry Sheep Publishing started, we were a micropress because we only had one author and were damn lucky to get one book out a year. Now, we are officially a small press because we're averaging ten books a year between two authors.
Most people think we're nuts for doing a
slow growth mode, but we've seen so many publishing companies tank in
the new world. Quite often, we were told we were timid little lanbs for
not jumping on every new publishing fad. Fads that have nothing to do
with writing fun, entertaining stories.
But that criticism is the reason for the name of our company. We may be cute and fluffy, but we don't follow the herd.
Here's to our next decade!
